People (and non-motorised user) monitoring has rapidly come to the forefront of transport infrastructure design. Streetwise has developed systems and outputs to support planners in understanding these complex movements and behavioural patterns.

Movement information is normally captured on a map base using handheld tablet PCs, with surveyors either viewing movements directly or, where conditions permit, from recorded images.

Our unique method of data collection enables a wealth of innovative data presentation styles. This enables an unprecedented level of flexibility and ensures future scrutiny. Our intention with these graphical outputs is to assist planners in understanding how to best manage space, and these tools can be used to support model applications such as Legion by validating output models.
