We regularly assist local and roads authorities by supporting their asset inventory programmes with detailed capture of road related assets. This can be done through video GPS and/or detailed walked surveys to provide a complete asset Inventory which acts as the foundations of a Roads Asset Management Plan.

The assets captured can also be condition rated and then subsequently given a value; this valuation is then used to provide a “Whole Life Asset Cost” and provide key valuation data for the development of a Network Valuation Figure. This is typically provided as a GIS layer to allow for future-proofing of data and we can assist clients in incorporating this data into existing GIS systems.
